304 stainless steel wire drawing plate product technology and variety classification

Among all kinds of stainless steel plates, people are attracted by a classic stainless steel plate, which is the 304 brushed stainless steel plate.

1. Product technology

304 stainless steel wire drawing plate is actually the texture obtained after surface treatment of stainless steel, which is a processing technology of stainless steel. Its surface has a matte color. If you look closely, there is a slight texture on the surface, but you can't touch it with your hands. It is more wear-resistant than ordinary bright stainless steel, looks more classy, and the processing technology is relatively simple. After processing, many straight lines are formed on the surface. This process not only improves the appearance, but also eliminates some scratches on the surface of the stainless steel plate, which is very practical.

2. Variety classification

(1) Stainless steel drawing is commonly divided into two types. The first is oil grinding. After the 304 stainless steel drawing plate is processed by oil grinding, it will have a high-quality decorative effect and is widely used in elevators and other decorative panels. The 304 stainless steel plate only needs one oil grinding and drawing process to achieve a good decorative effect. Our common elevator panels are basically oil-brushed, and generally the effect is better if filament is used. However, since the effect of the ink drawing process is much better than that of dry grinding, and the oil grinding equipment is more expensive, the cost of ink drawing processing is also relatively high.

(2) The other type is dry grinding and drawing, which is divided into short and long filaments, which is what we call snowflake filament. The 304 stainless steel plate has a very good decorative effect after dry grinding and drawing, which can meet the requirements of low decoration requirements. Because the cost of processing equipment is low and easy to operate, the cost of processing is naturally relatively low, and it is used in a wide range of places, so this type of processing has become a necessity for processing. Basically all machining centers can provide dry grinding and drawing processes.
