Cleaning methods for surface contamination of colored stainless steel plates

Colored stainless steel plate is a new type of environmentally friendly decorative material that does not contain methanol, is beautiful, safe, fireproof, and easy to clean. It has been widely used in various fields. But as colored stainless steel products come closer and closer to people's lives, daily maintenance and cleaning have become things that cannot be ignored. Because the colored stainless steel plate has a passivation film on its surface, it is generally more difficult to be corroded, but it does not mean that it cannot be corroded under any conditions. If the surface (such as scratches, splashes, contamination, etc.) exists, slow corrosion will occur on the surface of the stainless steel plate over time. So how to solve the problem if the surface of the colored stainless steel plate is contaminated?

1. If there is dust and dirt on the surface of the colored stainless steel plate, it can be washed with soap, weak detergent and warm water;

2. The trademark and film can be washed with warm water and weak detergent;

3. If it is a film adhesive, you can use alcohol or organic solvent to scrub;

4. If the surface is contaminated by grease, oil, lubricating oil, etc., you can wipe it clean with a soft cloth, and then wash it with neutral detergent or ammonia solution or special detergent;

5. If there are acidic substances attached, rinse with water immediately, then soak with ammonia solution or neutral carbonated soda solution, and then wash with neutral washing or warm water;

6. There are rainbow patterns on the surface of stainless steel, which are caused by excessive use of detergent or oil. They can be washed away with warm water and neutral washing during washing;

7. Rust caused by dirt on the surface of stainless steel can be washed with 10% nitric acid or abrasive detergent, or with special cleaning chemicals.
