How to check the quality of mirror stainless steel plate

As a large number of 304 stainless steel mirror plates now gradually flow into the market, the era of 304 stainless steel mirror plates has also opened up in many places. It can be said that mirror plates are the second largest sales of 304 stainless steel plates after frosted plates. However, more and more mirror plates are flowing into the market, and it is normal to have uneven quality.

1. Tear open the four corners of the 304 stainless steel mirror plate and check. Look at the four corners to see if there are intermittent white lines, which means peeling; if they are connected in a straight line, it is a peeling line; in addition, if there are small holes like pinholes, it is trachoma; if there are any like hair strands, it is peeling. That's the grinding flower. High-end mirror stainless steel plates have a flat and smooth surface and can be used as mirrors. None of the above are allowed.

2. Whether the protective film of the 304 stainless steel mirror plate is affixed with imported laser film and 7C thick glue. Because really high-quality mirror stainless steel plates definitely need to be protected. They need to be protected by thick glue above 7C. Some require double or multi-layer protection. This is also a basis for judgment, but it is only secondary.

3. Use a caliper to check the thickness of the 304 stainless steel mirror plate. Although the thickness of the mirror stainless steel plate is generally not so accurate, it is generally understandable that there is a difference of one or two wires from the original stainless steel plate. If the difference is too large, there may be something fishy.

4. Check whether there are sharp corners on the four edges of the 304 stainless steel mirror plate. Because some flat knives are not fast and can easily scratch people. This also needs attention.
