Introduction to several mechanical properties of 321 stainless steel rods

Ring pressure connection

The principle of ring-pressure connection is to use hydraulic shears to clamp 321 stainless steel rods on the pipeline, and use a wide-band network glue sealing ring to expand the waterstop, thereby achieving a good connection effect. Because this method has one more pressure pit than the compression type, the connection strength is stronger than the compression type. In addition, because the pressure pit is circular, the pipe is easy to rotate, which will directly affect to the overall sealing effect.

Flange connection

The method and principle of flange connection is to use tightening bolts to connect the two connecting parts containing the flange piece, and then use the sealing of the planar sealing piece to achieve the corresponding connection function. The advantage is that the connection strength is high, the quality is stable, the installation is simple and removable, but the disadvantage is that the cost of the flange is relatively high.

Pipe trench connection

The principle of this method is to use the nut that tightens the pipe to radially clamp the stainless steel pipe with an expanded convex ring and the pipe, and then uses the conical sealing ring to act as a water stop, and then achieves the connection function. The advantage is that it is detachable, but the disadvantage is that the process of extruding the hydraulic steel pipe to form a concave ring is added to the equipment process, the cost of the cast clamp joint is relatively high, and it cannot be used in pipelines with negative pressure.
